Gas handling.GE’s gas handlers use axial flow and proprietary pump stage geometry to homogenize the gas and liquid mixture and compress the gas into smaller bubbles. Managing up to 75% free gas, they can be used with a gas separator in high-gas environments.
Gas management.Proper management is critical for ESP systems. You can use GE’s gas separators to vent gas to the annulus and reduce gas flow entering the pump—using one, two or three chambers to handle over 85% free gas at 3,000 BPD, and up to 100% free gas at lower flow rates.
Motor cooling.GE's three-phase, two-pole induction motors receive power from the surface through electric and motor lead cables. Our TR-series and E-series high-efficiency motors are suited for high-pressure, high-horsepower and high-temperature (up to 350°F internal operating temperature) applications.
