Pricing structure

  • Full day Room Rental plus snacks: € 23 per person (including beamer, overhead projector, flipcharts and pens, use of fax, telephone lines, connections in rooms and break out rooms, free coffee and soft drinks)
  • Full day Room Rental plus lunch and snacks: € 55 per person (including beamer, overhead projector, flipcharts and pens, telephone lines, connections in rooms and break out rooms, free coffee, soft drinks and lunch)
  • Full day Room Rental plus lunch, dinner and snacks: € 85 per person (including beamer, overhead projector, flipcharts and pens, telephone lines, connections in rooms and break out rooms, free coffee, soft drinks, lunch and dinner)

Break out rooms rules

Conference package includes 1 breakout every 10 people, i.e. 10 people 1 break out room for free, 30 people 3 break out rooms for free etc., any other extra room it will costs € 80 per day.

Portable PC and local printer

€ 10 each one per day.

Please, let us know if you have any special requirements regarding room lay out. Help desk assistance, arrangements for hotel accommodation, outside dinner, or any other particular need you could have can be organised.

Access to the Florence Learning Center for non GE Nuovo Pignone employees

Due to security, every time you book a room at the Florence Learning Center you have to provide us with a list of the attendees to the Meeting/Program. You can this by sending an e-mail to elena.giordano@np.ge.com
