The Global Services Installation and Field Service Department is our worldwide customer support organization for all on-site services from installation and start-up to inspection and field maintenance.

These activities are conducted by service centers around the world and a cadre of over 200 highly trained service engineers and technical advisors supported by advanced information technology systems and e-Tools for optimum service delivery. For enhanced responsiveness and customer support, we have been localizing our teams of specialists. Local teams who share a common culture and language with our customers are now available in Brazil, Canada, France, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Qatar, UAE, UK and Venezuela with more to come. In addition, 7/24 support from experts based at our Italian and North American headquarters is available to solve issues for our machines that may require more specialized expertise.
