The CSC is a 24x7 call center that receives, directs and manages customer requests. The CSC records issues, collects the necessary machinery information, and after passing the information to the appropriate expert, tracks the progress with our Customer Claim Management information system to provide customers with fast feedback and drastically improved productivity.
