Design Philosophy

  • GE Oil & Gas reaction turbines are available in the 5 to 100 MW range. They are designed for top thermodynamic and mechanical performance and are used in mechanical drive and power generation applications.
  • An impulse stage followed by reaction stages provides high efficiency over a broad steam flow range

Testing Capabilities

  • Test facility equipped with a complete 15 MW steam plant including condensing system. Steam conditions up to 55 bar / 500 °C.
  • String test of the complete train at full speed full load is available.
