Design PhilosophyThe GE10-1 is a single shaft gas turbine with three high-pressure reaction stages. The cases are horizontally split and the rotor has a disk architecture. The combustion system consists of a horizontally positioned single can. On-skid remote I/O modules plus an integrated control cab eliminates civil works for the control room and reduce site-wiring activities. The single lift architecture minimizes the site installation and commissioning lead time. Both on-site maintenance and engine exchange approaches are available. ApplicationsThe GE10-1package is designed to address both on-shore and off-shore Power Generation, leveraging GE Oil & Gas design experience to cover both Industrial Power Generation and Oil & Gas Power Generation. Both 50Hz CE Mark and 60Hz International Code versions are available. Approximately 200,000 firing hours have been accumulated. Testing CapabilitiesPower Generation packages are completely Full Speed Full Load tested prior to shipment to minimize technical risks and reduce site installation time. Performance & Product CharacteristicsThe GE10-1 is available in Diffusion Combustion System and DLN (Dry Low NOx) versions (25ppm & 15 ppm) and is able to burn a wide range of liquid and gas fuels, including Low BTU gas and hydrogen. A DLN Dual Fuel version is also available. The Diffusion Combustion System electric power output is 11.250 MW (Electric Eff. 31.4%); the Dry Low NOx electric power output is 11.250 MW (Electric Eff. 31.2%). |
